The Bible is God’s Word and has the authority to command our beliefs and actions


2 Timothy 3:16-17  16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.


God the Father is perfect and is personally involved in our daily lives


Matthew 5:48 48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.



Jesus Christ is God who became human to be our Savior and Lord


Philippians 2:6-8 6 Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; 7 rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. 8 And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death, even death on a cross!



The Holy Spirit is God and lives in believers as our Helper


John 14:16-17a 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth.



Humanity is created in God’s image and needs deliverance from sin


Romans 3:23 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,



Salvation is God’s permanent gift of eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ alone


Ephesians 2:8-9 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.



Identity in Christ is the basis for all that we are as people


2 Corinthians 5:17 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!



Personal Growth to become more like Jesus is possible through the power of God


Philippians 4:13 13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength.



The Church is God’s number one priority on earth today


Matthew 16:18  18 And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.



Eternity involves all people facing God’s judgment and spending eternity in either heaven or hell


Revelation 20:15 15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.
